This gracious cottage is a three minute walk to a private ocean beach. It comfortably sleeps eight in four bedrooms on the first floor. There are three bathrooms, washer and dryer, game room, and deck for grilling. Second floor has views of the Atlantic Ocean and Kennebec River. Open floor plan includes living room, dining room with seating for 8, a well-appointed kitchen, library with piano, half- bathroom, and sunbathing deck.

No smoking. No pets. No parties or gatherings on property.

The space

The cottage is equipped with bed linen; bath and beach towels; paper products; laundry and dish soaps; well-appointed kitchen, including cooking basics like flour, sugar, spices; books, DVDs, games; Piano; beach chairs and toys.

Guest access

The house is available to 8 approved guests.

Other things to note

No pets. No smoking.

Maximum occupancy of 8 guests. No revolving guests’ use. No day guests or group gatherings are allowed. On-site parking for three vehicles only. House rules must be honored.
